Welcome to the Bend Ski Club website!  The BSC focuses on downhill skiing in the Bend area.  Skiers of many abilities and ski-levels, ranging from intermediate to expert, are welcome to join the club and participate in both on-mountain and off-mountain events.

Most on-mountain activities are at Mount Bachelor.

BSC members are also eligible to participate in a broad range of trips sponsored by Northwest Ski Club Council and the Far West Ski Association.

The Bend Ski Club is on Facebook (Bend Ski Club) and we post events on the BSC Meetup site (www.meetup.com/bendskiclub)

We are a non-profit, 501(c) (7) organization.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE BEND SKI CLUB?

We always welcome new members!  Visit the 'Join Us' page for online registration and payment (Under Construction) available on this website.  Call BSC President Rod Robinson (541-344-7170) or visit the "Contact Us" page for inquiries and information.

DUES FOR THE 2019/2020 SKI SEASON:

The current club dues are $45 per year for individual members and $65 for families residing in the same household for coming year. Dues-paying BSC members will be eligible to attend most off-mountain activities, such as monthly parties and presentations, without charge. Non-members may be charged $10 to attend BSC parties and presentations.  Dues and non-member event charges will be used to cover space rental, food costs and other club related expenses incurred by the BSC.

ON-MOUNTAIN ACTIVITIES AT MOUNT BACHELOR

BSC sponsors a regular schedule of on-mountain ski events at Mount Bachelor.  On mountain ski activities will be posted on the BSC Meetup site and on the BSC website.  Participants in BSC Meetup.com events who are NOT already dues-paying members of the club will be permitted to attend 2 events free on a trial basis, after which we ask to join the club to attend future events.

Additionally, current dues-paying  members will have access to fellow members contact info& ski ability level, providing a means of contacting other participants of similar skiing ability to ski together.  No need to ski alone!

OFF-MOUNTAIN PRESENTATIONS AND SOCIAL EVENTS

The Bend Ski Club schedules a variety of off-mountain events that include presentations on a wide variety of ski-related topics and social activities.  All BSC off-mountain events are posted on the calendar section of this website.
