Skiing / Boarding at Mt. Bachelor

The Bend Ski Club (BSC) is a recreational ski and social club for skiers and boarders with abilities ranging from "mellow intermediate" to expert.  Our objective?  Whether it's skiing/boarding on the mountain or socializing with fellow club members - have fun!  With few exceptions, our skiing events take place at Mt. Club Social Activities
BSC social activities generally include our annual "kickoff" meeting  and two off-mountain events each month.  During the 24/25 season we will be hosting a monthly après ski at Broken Top Bottle Shop and our monthly speaker series at Deschutes Brewery and Public House.  For more information, see the "MEETINGS AND SOCIALS" tab at the top of the page.  

BSC members are also eligible to participate in a broad range of trips sponsored by Northwest Ski Club Council and the Far West Ski Association.  See the "TRIPS" tab at the top of the page.

HOW CAN I JOIN THE BEND SKI CLUB?

Visit the "JOIN US" page for online registration and payment.   In addition to being at least 18 years old, requirements to participate in the Bend Ski Club include the ability to:

• Complete our registration form
• Pay club dues
• Register for our events and
• The ability and willingness to fully comprehend and comply with our event descriptions.

LEADERSHIP TEAM

We are a non-profit, 501(c) (7) organization run by club members who generously volunteer their time to serve on our Board of Directors and as "Meetup Leaders."  If you'd like to explore joining our leadership team, let us know.

2024/2025 SKI SEASON DUES

Dues for the 2024-2025 season are $40 for individuals and $70 for couples.  These revenues are used to cover space rental, food costs and other club related expenses.​  Yearly memberships cover the specific ski season and not the calendar year.

SKI CONNECTIONS

During enrollment, members are asked if they would like to share their contact information with other club members. This provides members an opportunity to "group up" independently of the meetup website -- no need to ski alone! Members who prefer to not share their contact information may opt out. 

BSC COMMUNICATIONS

The club distributes a regular newsletter to all members containing club news and upcoming events.  A link to our most current newsletter can be found below. You will also find us on Facebook (Bend Ski Club).
